The Colegiul Tehnic N V Karpen of Bacau has the experience, the seriousness and the quality necessary to get back to work in progress of the project, to test it in its structure and to carry out the other actions planned in the project. The Colegiul is working with the Accentul CIrcumflex association to plan a timetable for a transnational meeting from November, 23 to 26, 2017, in Voronet and Iasi, cities located on the "European Route of Blue" in Romania.

This 50 member association is involved in the formation and education of unemployed young adults, native and foreign language training, as well as artistic and cultural education.

The first stage of the educational activities of the Erasmus + project “Roads of the Blue in Europe” took place at the C.P.I.A, Provincial Center for Adult Education. The proposed course was developed and managed by the International School of Mosaic and Fresco Arts, led by Prof. Valentino Montanari, Dr. Donatella Mazza and Professor Deborah Gaetta, with the collaboration of CPIA teachers, Alessandra Baldi, Imma de Masi, Mara Forlin and Milla Lacchini.

Its aim is to promote culture under its different aspects by comparing the various civilizations according to the teaching methods of ‘permanent training’.
 Through culture and social relations, we try to give our contribution in order to solve the debated issue of marginalization of the elderly and people from different foreign countries and social levels.
 We promote activities aimed at reaching knowledge and teaching how to use this knowledge in a pertinent, significant way, as we believe that shared education is necessary for a democracy to exist.
 Learning, together with reading and understanding abilities, is an important means of participation and involvement in our society.

The blue path in Val d’Orcia can not be separated from the history of ceramics and its artistic expressions. Of course, this art of ceramics is closely related to a territory which, from a geological point of view, is mainly clay.

After successfully conducting a first Grundtvig project on the Languages of the Colour Blue in Europe, during 2009-2011, the PPSF association located in Saint-Germain-en-Laye coordinates a new Erasmus + European project, under the direction of Aline Rutily.

This project shall lead to the strategic partnership of 8 European structures involved in adult and school education, until August 2018. This project mainly targets adult education, including groups marginalized by society for a variety of reasons : illiteracy, insufficient qualifications, disability, old age, dropping out of school… A societal problem shared by all the different European partners of this project.
The project also targets students from the partner schools of PPSF, in Ile de France, but also in other areas of France, including DOM and TOM.

The project "Roads of the Blue" in Faro is an artistic, sensory, scientific and linguistic experience for the participants of the project. We intend to engage a broad and heterogeneous audience, from ages 4 to 90, students from kindergarten to high school, teachers from different scientific fields, local artisans and the local community.

The blue project of the Center for Adult Education of Maracena has, as its major objective, the training of its 275 lifelong learners, in the field of acquiring the key skills necessary for their social inclusion. It gives rise to an educational program (10 pedagogical sheets) and to a notebook of paths, over the Andalusian blue.
